Our Pinot Blanc comes from 40-year old vines on the Winkler Vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Fermented in stainless steel and a couple of neutral barrels, the wine was stirred daily during fermentation to create a creamy texture. Crisp acidity make this wine a perfect accompaniment for oysters, and seafood in general.
Bottled with a screw top to make it easier to take on the boat!
