
From 40-year-old vines on the Winkler Vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. This wine was fermented in a combination of neutral barrels and stainless steel tanks at lower temperatures to create a crisp white wine with great aromatics. Its' crisp acidity and creamy mid palate make it a fabulous match for all seafood, especially oysters.
