2020 Seven Hills Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Fermented in two small lots. We included some whole clusters in an effort to balance the naturally lush Walla Walla fruit with a more restrained, elegant structure.  Decant this wine and pair it with a big steak, or age the wine for several years and enjoy how it evolves.
